BUG REPORTING - ACTION THAT PRODUCED THE ERROR

We need to know exactly what Users do to encounter a problem.

Please cesdribe in as much detail as possible, but briefly, the actions taken to arrive at any error.

If we can get this information, there should be a good chance that we fix the problem.

If your version of the program makes the files Sassoon Errors.txt, Sassoon Log File.txt appear on your Desktop, please attach them to an email and send them to us.

Alternatively, when an error is displayed click the "Copy" button to place the error message into your computer's Clipboard memory, then Paste it into the Error message box below. For Windows users Paste is Control+V, for Macintosh users Paste is Command+V.
